COVID-19 Production Times

Due to COVID-19 some products are experiencing manufacturing delays. Your patience is appreciated!

Production/packing times for June:

  • Shirts & other apparel ☆ 23-28 business days
  • Embroidery items ☆ 16-20 business days
  • Phone cases & custom bracelets ☆ 2-5 business days
  • Stickers, keychains, tote bags & last chance items ☆ 1-3 business days

 

Ordering + Shipping

How long in advance should I place my order for crossing/an event?

Made-to-order items can take up to a week to process and 3-5 days of shipping time. Products kept in-house (stickers, keychains) can be turned around faster (leave a comment if you're on a deadline and I will try my best to get them in the mail ASAP). We advise that you plan at least two weeks ahead, if not more, for important dates.

Can you make something custom for me? 

Maybe! Reach out with your request. I am happy to create a design for a bulk order. Suggestions for products are always welcome!

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

You've either given us a misspelled email address, or did not provide one. Let us know by sending us a message below and we will update your contact information!

I only received part of my order.

Some pieces are printed and shipped directly by our manufacturer in Charlotte, NC. Other pieces, like our stickers, keychains, bags, small accessories, and a small portion of shirts, are packed and shipped in-house by myself.

My package never arrived.

Before getting in touch with us, double-check the address you provided to make sure it is correct. If the address is correct, reach out to your local USPS contacts and provide your tracking number for assistance. 

 

Returns + Exchanges

My order arrived damaged/incorrect. 

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please let us know by emailing us at info@palantepara.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please also send along a picture of the item. We will be happy to replace the piece for a new one.

Returning apparel (shirts, joggers, hats, fanny packs), phone cases, customized jewelry:

These items are made to order and we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please take a look at the size guides to make sure you are getting the right fit.

Returning stickers, keychains, totes, non-customized jewelry:

Give us a heads up at info@palantepara.com and ship the unworn/unused items to the address provided within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Care Instructions

DTG & screen printed apparel:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Gold-plated jewelry:

Avoid water, chemicals (such as cleaning products), and perfumes/lotions. Use a soft jewelry cloth to restore shine. Do *not* use a polishing cloth as this will strip away the plating.
