How long in advance should I place my order for crossing/an event?

Items can take up to a week and a half to produce and ship from the fulfillment site. Please plan at least two weeks ahead, if not more, for important dates.

I only received part of my order.

I use two different fulfillment companies and occasionally I will ship from my own home. Because of this, items may arrive on separate days.

There was a problem with my order. What can I do?

That's alright! Please get in touch with me to arrange an exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. In addition to an exchange or store credit, if an item arrives damaged, a refund can be made instead. Exchanges, store credit, and refunds can be made up to 30 days after your purchase on any unworn/unused items. 

Items that are customized cannot be returned. If they are defective or damaged, store credit or a refund can be given.

Can you make something custom for me? 

I am happy to create a design for you! Names and information are easy to add and incur a small extra fee based on the extra cost to produce. Custom orders from scratch need a group of 4 or more. Suggestions are always welcome!
